Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. This is normal and happens through contact with air, moisture, and everyday products such as skincare and fragrance. Tarnish is not a defect and can usually be removed with gentle cleaning.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, put it on after perfume, lotions, and hairspray. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning, and try to avoid knocks and impacts.

For day-to-day cleaning, wash gently in warm water with a small amount of mild washing-up liquid, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. If tarnish appears, use a good silver polishing cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, and avoid liquid “dip” polishes, especially on jewellery with stones.

Store jewellery dry, away from humidity, and separately from other pieces to reduce scratching. A pouch or lined box helps slow tarnish.

We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including scratches and tarnish, or damage caused by accidents, impact, chemicals, misuse, or improper storage. It also does not cover loss, theft, or unauthorised repairs or alterations.
