This Shipping Policy explains how and where Oriseau delivers orders. It applies to purchases made through the Oriseau website and should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.

Shipping Destinations

Oriseau currently ships within the United Kingdom.

We are pleased to consider requests for delivery to other destinations on a case-by-case basis and will always endeavour to accommodate our customers wherever possible. If you would like to enquire about international delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped using reputable UK carriers, such as Royal Mail. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, where applicable.

Delivery Responsibility

Where we arrange delivery to you, your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to take possession.

If you request delivery to a nominated safe place or third party, responsibility for the order passes to you once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.

Delivery Options and Processing Times

We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly and, where possible, will endeavour to proceed orders and arrange dispatch on Saturdays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location, carrier capacity, or specific product requirements.

Please note that normal delivery times may be adjusted during festive seasons, public holidays, or at other times. Any such changes will be clearly communicated by notice on our website.

Shipping Charges and Free Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on UK orders over £120.

Please note that delivery options, timeframes, or eligibility for complimentary delivery may vary for certain products. Any such variations will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery address, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Where an order is returned to us for reasons outside our control, additional delivery charges may apply to re-dispatch the order.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
